CA Healthy Kids Survey 2019

The California Healthy Kids Survey is administered once a year to 9th and 11th Grade students. The purpose of this survey is to obtain information from the students about their knowledge, attitudes and behavior about things that affect learning. It deals with such issues as truancy, safety, harassment, substance use, school connectedness, and learning supports.

Students will be taking the California Healthy Kids Survey during the weeks of January 25-February 8. We hope to obtain 100% participation. The survey is anonymous and gathers information about the school environment and student behaviors. Parents may decline participation in the survey by completing a Survey Notification and Withdrawal Form. The form must be signed and returned to the student's 9th Grade English Teacher or 11th Grade US History . The link to download the form can be found below.
